Admission Process

Ph.Ds. / Postgraduates/ Graduates in any discipline from any recognized university of the country with minimum 50% marks or equivalent in Graduation. (45% for ST/SC/OBC)

How to Apply

Prospectus and application form may be obtained from College office personality on all working days w.e.f. the month of June/July every year either on payment of cash from the office counter of the College or by sending Crossed Demand Draft in favour of BBM Memorial Teachers’ Training College, Sahu Bahiyar, Topchanchi Dhanbad payable at Dhanbad within the period as mentioned in the advertisement.

Enclosures

Application form is to be duly filled in by the candidate and submitted to the office along with all relevant documents such as:

1. Self Attested photocopy of Matriculation/ICSE/CBSE certificate, showing the candidate’s Date of Birth.
2. Self Attested Photocopy of Mark sheet of I.A/I.Sc./I.com./Senior Secondary.
3. Self Attested photocopy of Mark sheet of Degree and Masters Degree and higher degree if any.
4. Self Attested photocopy of Migration certificate if the Candidate has passed the last examination from a university other than the Vinoba Bhave University, Hazaribagh.
5. Recent colour stamp sized photographs (5 Nos.)
6. Two self addressed and stamped (Rs. 25/-) envelopes for correspondence.
7. Self Attested photocopy of caste certificate issued by authority not below the rank of SDO.

NOTE : All original certificates should be brought for verification on the day of admission. Incomplete and late application form or furnishing false information will be summarily rejected without any information to the concerned candidate. No correspondence in this regard will be entertained. The College reserves the right to refuse admission of any candidate without assigning any reason.
